Bus Tie Duct is the interface between Power Transformer & Main Power Distribution Panel.

Electrolytic copper bus-bars , supported on insulators are enclosed in a sturdy sheet-metal duct and serve to transmit main power form the transformer's L.T bushing to the Main Power Distribution Panel.
